This is something I noticed quite a while ago :
I'm being charged the £4.50 a month for my Talk Anytime but this charge only appears on the bills. I can't see anywhere else in the portal that it is mentioned. Should I not be paying £0 monthly for this service ?
Also:
Should this not have gone down to zero / delivered or something by now ? I'm well out of contract !

Nothing urgent but if I'm seeing it, chances are that other customers will have a similar issue.
Bills are all correct (and always have been) - just the portal information that is potentially an issue.
