I just renewed my contract with Plusnet and the new rate was going to apply on !2 th April 2021, but an error started it from 12th March, I phoned customer service and was dealt with by Mark Thornton, he was excellent and really went out of his way to sort this out. Marks handing of my query is the main reason i got another contract with Plusnet I have to admit i have always found the Customer Service great. Well done Plusnet and Mark
