Having had a query about items on my bill and a general grump about the cost here I called COT and I've just signed up for two new 24m contracts, paying the line rental up front for both and saving myself a fortune in the meantime. JM who dealt with me deserves (not only a cup of tea), but a genuine 'Thanks' for what she offered me and her all round professional approach.
I hope someone can pass on my gratitude to her.

Our systems are down at the moment but when they're back I'll get that passed on.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
