If it does I suggest you disconnect from Plusnet then reconnect using your router's WAN interface (no need to re-sync) then try a test at mybroadbandspeed again.

Thanks for flagging Gerry however just one minor point. There's a tendency from some of the regulars to flag threads / issues to individual members of the Comms team via PM. Whilst the logic is sound, in practice it can lead to incorrect expectations being set. An individual member of the team could be on leave, other duties or off sick. As such they may not see the PM in a timely manner.
It would be better to perhaps use the report to moderator function so the entire team sees it, or simply wait until a member of staff picks up the thread in working hours. Hopefully you'll understand my reasoning.
