3500kbps is the correct IP Profile for a sync speed of 4128kbps. Does Current line speed in the Member Centre (here) show the same value? If it does I suggest you disconnect from Plusnet then reconnect using your router's WAN interface (no need to re-sync) then try a test at mybroadbandspeed again.

Click on this link https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed and report current line speed from it

theres your answer  BT profile 3500   PN profile 750, time to kick some one, but will probably have to be tomorrow Jim can you do a Mods PM to the team

Explanation to that Dude Genkville,  anyone can PM an individual, but the Moderators can PM a team, the head of the PlusNet Business section told us off last weekend, hence asking OldJim (Who lives in the Country as do a lot of us) could do it.  And that horrible word Dude grates me

Thanks for flagging Gerry however just one minor point. There's a tendency from some of the regulars to flag threads / issues to individual members of the Comms team via PM. Whilst the logic is sound, in practice it can lead to incorrect expectations being set. An individual member of the team could be on leave, other duties or off sick. As such they may not see the PM in a timely manner.
It would be better to perhaps use the report to moderator function so the entire team sees it, or simply wait until a member of staff picks up the thread in working hours. Hopefully you'll understand my reasoning.
