I don't know what server setup you have for your main site but it sux whatever you have in place. I have writen this whilst waiting to log in. How many prospective broadband purchases are experiencing the same problem. This isn't a one off either as the main site is very slow and sometimes unusable - like right now - quite often it seems.
Must be 5 mins and still not logged in....yawn...
Infact I give up.

The portal has always been slow to log in for me.. a few seconds ago it took about 10 seconds to log in. Usually it's at least 5 seconds. Doesn't sound much, but when you're used to systems logging you in fairly instantly it does make you wonder what's different.

It's a known problem and Plusnet are looking for a solution.

They've been looking for a solution to this for the last 10 years! (I'm not joking)

I've learned to accept it as a 'feature'.

Perhaps we could have "Flat battery" car starting noises played when you press the Log In button?
