@alanj  Is the new provider Pulse8 by any chance?  It would be interesting to hear who it is and how you get on with them.  Good luck with whoever it is

Did you notice from the email posted at 12:28 that mobile phone users are still being directed to a paid for number? Shouldn't it be the freephone number now for all callers as 0800 numbers are free from all UK mobiles now?
Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
