Hi,
One of the really nice things about PlusNet is their confidence and openness sharing details of problems and overall usage statistics - information I use and monitor regularly.
To the inexpert eye (ie mine!) it rather looks like the "Packet Drop by Gateway" broadband statistics for the gateway known as "PCL-AG03" (Plusnet10) have an error on the Y-axis - namely, total packets dropped as opposed to %-age as all the other graphs show.
As an aside, in spite of reverting to "Plan A" with the increased bandwidth available from new central pipes announced recently, a (to me, anyway) surprisingly high number of packets are being dropped (peaking at over 20% on most gateways, nearing 75% on the worst shown).
This high packet loss happens for all the gateways - this doesn't seem good or right under the "Plan-A" normal operating conditions, anyone from PlusNet care to comment?

Hi Pod,
I'd ignore the PCL-AG03 graphs for now to be honest.
It's not being a very good gateway right now.
