New customer- Not happy, no phone line/broadband

switched from talk talk as nightmere customer service. Had emails and texts saying switched on Tues 8th March. I still have no phoneline or broadband have raised a fault told to wait up to 3 days. Joke! ![Angry Angry](/html/@5CA762C7B9B1D4AB36AAB959133ED0B4/images/emoticons/angry.gif)
Problem is at exchange apparently.
Takes up to 3 days for engineer already 2 suggest they get more staff. Really fed up after all the positive noises that were coming out when I signed up!
Surely its not that hard to sort out

I'm sorry to hear about a disappointing start to things. I've just checked your account and I can see our suppliers believe they've fixed the fault now. Is everything working at your end?
