New customer Very happy

We joined plusnet with an ongoing problem on our broadband and telephone line, Within 2 weeks of joining and after months  of conversations with our old provider BT, the fault has been rectified, our line speed is excellent and our phone line clear as a bell.  Customer service at Plusnet were beyond helpful, they got the job done and made a new customer even more happy they made the decision to move provider. Thank you so much for your professionalism and great service in getting our problem resolved, we cant thank you enough after what seemed a lifetime of excuses and  poor responses from BT, Im only annoyed with myself that we didn't make the change much sooner.
