I rang CS on Thursday re the price increase email I received and to ask some questions about the 'deal' PN offered me. I said I would need to think about it and have a look around to see what else is out there. The very nice young lady I spoke to said she would email a summary of the details discussed and what the offer included but so far I haven't received any email nor is there a ticket on my account with any details either.
Doesn't give a good impression.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry you didn't get your ticket as promised. I've just chased this up with the agent you spoke with, they pass on their apologies and will be adding a ticket to the account shortly.
I'll be checking back on this in a short while after replying to make sure.
