You have a 7 day cooling off period. I cancelled mine a few hours after installation as didnt work. Its half the speed of another BT fibre in the same room (4mb fantastic) they will try to tell you to pay £25 towards the engineer but I told them to sue me for it and got it back. Get out now while you can. Their support lines are dire.
