Plusnet still advertising 24/7 support!

I've just seen an advert on one of Plusnet's own web pages saying "with 24/7 UK based support"!

Hi jelv/spoon whittler,
Are you able to confirm where you saw this? I'll get it reported as priority, as the ads should be long gone.

Re: Plusnet still advertising 24/7 support!

We still shouldn't be advertising it unless it clearly states it's for business accounts.

Are you using an ad blocker?
It does - see the attachment I've just added to my post.

It does if you disable adblocker
Edit - would have been a lot quicker if the forum hadn't sat there for ages saying connecting

That's definitely gotta go. Have raised this to the appropriate team.
Much appreciated, thanks.

Re: Plusnet still advertising 24/7 support!

Perhaps Plusnet should be offering a 'Bounty' (prize, not chocolate bar) for anyone finding such errors since it could save much embarrassment (or even costs if someone claimed they relied on the incorrect advert to make a decision regarding choice of ISP), any Plusnet mugs or other goodies* lying around at HQ?

* Maybe a few months free broadband since that's often the price new customers pay anyway.  Lips_are_sealed Grin
Oh, and maybe some cashback too (the cheque's in the post, honest).  Roll_eyes
