Oh hum... I have now been incorrectly billed which has required me to yet again PHONE PLUSNET. The problem as been resolved (hopefully) but I can`t believe I`ve had to do the chasing yet again. (I realise Plusnet has thousands of accounts and mistakes are made.)

Hopefully the good news has arrived I am on the third day of full speed Internet. I am obviously not counting my chickens just yet but saying that I am more confident that this time it is actually fixed. The customer service received in this instance has been noteworthy for all the right reasons. So hopefully I can now enjoy the benefits of super fast fibre broadband rather than complaining how nice it would be to have super fast fibre broadband.

Take them to the small claims court ! That's what I am going to do. They dilute our issues through so many 'BT' style run-arounds in the hope you'll give up, a tried and tested system which I know about as a close friend who worked for them told me.It amazes me how a company who's ' specialism ' is one of communication..and still, they don't know how to do it between departments and even more so THE CUSTOMER, yet they are quick to sign you up and take your money !!!

Long may it last for you.
I am still awaiting some form of movement from Minus net on my 2 year problem. The good news is even the professional apologisers’ for PN have given up spouting the same old "I’m sorry to hear that"
I do have a glimmer of hope in the form of one PN member of staff, who I will not name as they would probably chastise him for being professional and actually trying to do a real job instead of the half arsed usual attempts.
