Cant find an email with which to contact customer services and three times now Ive been put on hold for more than 30 minutes. This is ridiculous!

We deliberately don't offer support by email, as it's not tracked and not saved on the account. 30 Mins aint long to wait tbh
A coupe of weeks ago it was 45 Mins
I not long got off the phone with PN and the wait was advised 30 Mins however PN answered before 15 Mins were up
The entire spoken to PN advisor call was close to 1 Hr in comparison and all sorted
Forum = Not real time (takes a bit longer to sort issue(s) out
