So difficult to get through to customer services

Cant find an email with which to contact customer services and three times now Ive been put on hold for more than 30 minutes.  This is ridiculous! Angry

We deliberately don't offer support by email, as it's not tracked and not saved on the account. If you'd like to raise a ticket to us (that's the way we prefer to deal with written enquiries as those are both tracked and saved on your account) you can do so at http://contactus.plus.net - hope that helps.

30 Mins aint long to wait tbh
A coupe of weeks ago it was 45 Mins  Wink
I not long got off the phone with PN and the wait was advised 30 Mins however PN answered before 15 Mins were up  Smiley
The entire spoken to PN advisor call was close to 1 Hr in comparison  and all sorted Smiley
Forum = Not real time (takes a bit longer to sort issue(s) out
