I phoned support on Saturday and the phone rang once and was picked up !!!
My problem of disconnecting was diagnosed and everything has been fine since.
My problem was a 'stale session on access rack'
Of course, I had guessed that was what it was

It needs to be framed and put on public display in Plusnet's headquarters. The chances of that happening is lower than winning the National Lottery. And, of course, it is much better than winning the National Lottery. Congratulations to all involved!
