What is the current status around geographical numbers (non-0845) for contacting support? I know Plusnet used to provide a list of numbers. I recently logged a ticket and was told I could call 01142200025 but when I called it, a recorded message said it had been replaced with 0845 140 0200.
I like to use my inclusive minutes with my mobile if possible.
Is there an authoritative list somewhere?
