I raised a ticket at 15:46 yesterday (ticket ID : 27955036 ) and its still "Awaiting Support Team answer".
Its not a major problem as it was just a question about upping my ADSL from a fixed 2Mb line to Max but I was sort of expecting some sort of response after 19 hours.

Had my ticket answered in about 2 hours yesterday (as it said on the portal) so the discrepancy is strange indeed.
Mine was just about the 18 month/12 month contract business and like OP, wasn't urgent by any means.
