I just wanted to take a moment to thank PlusNet's great customer service. Particularly one member of staff, I**n W**t. Unfortunately some of the systems in PlusNet are clunky and issues seem to happen when there are changes to an account. I knew the resolution would be long and complex. He spent a great deal of time and effort to sort the problems. Call backs were always on time and had great communication.
