So you probably shouldn't be calling it totally/truly/100% unlimited here either.

http://www.alphr.com/news/broadband/375913/sky-allowed-to-call-broadband-totally-unlimited
Is there something now (or will be) that legally doesn't allow it to be called totally?

It would certainly be interesting to know more details of the ASA investigation and what rules Plusnet out from being Totally Unlimited.

Quote from: catelliott Don't worry, Unlimited packages are still 100% unlimited
Unlimited - yes, just not totally.
A quote from that article:
"ISPs can use "truly unlimited" - and now "totally unlimited" - if there are no "provider-imposed" limitations, such as traffic management."
The ASA's ruling:
https://www.asa.org.uk/Rulings/Adjudications/2012/7/British-Sky-Broadcasting-Ltd/SHP_ADJ_191871.aspx...
Now, what "provider-imposed" limitations do we have now? Otherwise, why all this fuss about changing the wording.
