User portal CSS / dynamic content error

In Manage My Email on the Mailboxes tap, clicking ADD NEW MAILBOX gives this display...
The page footer obscures the content of the page. This can be 'fixed' by resizing the browser window.
Looking at the source HTML, it would appear that the footer
<!-- Include the footer from FrontendComponents -->
has been inserted prior to the </main> tag ... when compared to the code delivered for the other tabs.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

A similar problem has been seen on the My Billing page...
... which corrects itself after resizing the browser window. (MS Edge).
