User portal issues - Business legacy T&Cs

I sought to check out the historic Business T&Cs here - Plusnet terms and conditions.

I found that the pages are all blacked out.

Examination via the development console identified that the global footer have been inserted incorrectly... removing the following HTML bloc allows the user to view the content, though formatting is untidy and the footer is missing.  There are similar issues on the other legacy T&Cs pages.
