We've found a potential problem on your telephone line

Hi my order is progressing but i have the message "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line" on the order tracker. It says someone will get in touch, but nobody has. I've also been on hold for > half an hour and am still waiting for an online chat!

 

I only have 30 days to move from BT without incurring any charges so please help.

I see you've spoken to one of my colleagues and they've advised of the issue and the next steps.
