Where have all the PN staff gone?

I agree @Oldjim , I'm just pointing out that Plusnet are raising other issues which no other ISP has as reasons as to why the service is so poor here.

Have you found any other ISP which now has a 5 working day update cycle for existing problems?

Have you found any other ISP which have any MBORC currently?

I've asked tech journalists this question and still have not had an answer.

I asked Mr Google MBORC , in last month And all results were from PN nowt from BT ?

But Zen says no MBORC ? https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/outages.aspx  If PN has it how come Zen doesnt

Maybe current storms are a perfect "cover up" for the failed network ?

The only one who seems to post is @jaread83 - maybe he can tell us why the PN staff are so quiet?

I think its unfair to ask jaread83 or any of the other forum staff, clearly they are all doing what there told too. Its the people at the top who need to speak up and explain what the heck is going on.

I think plusnets been hacked and the staff are frantically trying to regain control.

For the last couple of months plusnets been run by a twelve year old kid from their bedroom.

 jaread83 is mainly the forum web page developer , not Customer support .

Chris Pettit AKA, Pettito excellent staff member who just returned here has been posting Sat and Sunday

But  there is a definite lack of Any staff here as you say they have been told not to post on certain topic,s

@rongtw - true, Chris has been posting, but it looks as everyone else but Jack has been told not to post on ANY subject - unless of course they have all jumped ship - very unlikely, I know, but that is the impression I get.

It wouldnt suprise me if the forum staff have been given extra work to do, who ever is running the show at plusnet clearly needs to his/her hand in that deep pocket and get some extra help here. Giving away free BB has prob used up more resources that they thought.
