There's no reason you would have linked this thread with this - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,145462.msg1291879.html#msg1291879 - this user has a number of issues with accessing support services. Running a number of concurrent threads does not allow helpful members such as yourself to see easily the whole picture.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
