hi
been online now since yesterday, this service is appalling, i have been totally mislead by customer service about this broadband package and if i stay with plusnet for the year contract i i wont have a business can any one tell me how much will it cost me to get rid of plusnet contract
so i can go back to my old provider

Hi Steve,
In what way would you consider the service appalling? If you were activated yesterday, I'd personally wait and give Plusnet time to resolve whatever problems you're having.
I don't believe there are serious any flaws inherent to the service (e.g. capacity) so it could be a fault or configuration issue that can be resolved relatively easily. It's probably going to be in your best interests to work with Plusnet - if you entered into a 12 month contract, I think you'd have to pay an early termination fee.

I see you called our support team yesterday unable to connect and we gave you some troubleshooting steps to follow, since then you've been connected as far as I can tell with only 1 connection drop since.
From what I can tell your current connection speed is also well above the estimate we gave you when you signed up.
If you're having problems with the service, we'll do everything we can to fix them. Let us know the issues you're having, I'll get one of the team to look back at this thread in the morning and see what we can do to help.
