I've just checked your account, to confirm an exchange fault has been identified so there's no need for an engineer appointment as things stand. I'll make sure we let you know if this changes.
Engineers are working on this today so I'll ensure you are kept up to speed as more repairs are carried out.

ok thanks very much, its getting really frustrating now  especially when we are getting informed of direct debits about to come out for a service we cant yet use
