I have to thank you for your honest response James, but I suspect that although the gist of you last sentence may be true, those complaining on this or any other forum etc. are only a few of those in similar positions.
There's lot to be said for that!
James, instead of CSC/Faults/etc agents using the expression "our suppliers" why don't they/you be specific ie. if it's an OR responsibility say OpenReach, likewise if it's BTw say BT Wholesale. I'm sure customers would then appreciate more of the difficulties.

I think it's probably a bit of a legacy thing from when we used both Tiscali and Wholesale/Openreach as Wholesalers.
Personally I don't see it as a massive issue either way, but I tend to refer to it as Openreach or Wholesale.
