Hi PlusComUK,
Took me ages to discover, as it's not obvious, but it seems that our suppliers system still had your old phone number assigned to your circuit. This is why the order couldn't be placed properly. I've contact our suppliers to have the correct details applied and this will take 24 hours to do. Once this is done I should be able to place the order... finally! Sorry for the waiting.

@PlusComUK it looks like the order didn't process properly I'm afraid It looks like a mismatch of details on your account may be causing the issue. Could you do me a favour and drop me a PM confirming the phone number of the line your service is connected to?

I've just had a check and I'm afraid the number mismatch hasn't been sorted out yet. I've had a word with our provisioning team and they've sent another email, as soon as we get anything back from that I'll let you know. It's that that we're waiting on, as soon as that's done we should be able to uncap the upstream for you.

Noting these SpeedTest.net tests...
5.83Mb/s is said to be faster than 51% of GB and 19.95Mb/s is faster than 53% of GB.
So does that mean the majority of internet users in GB are below 6Mb/s and that includes all users commercial & residential?

It must mean that 49% are faster than 5.83mb/s, 47% are faster than 19.95, and 22% are faster than 23.4mb/s in Great Britain.
There's a lot of fibre out there.

There must be a graph somewhere showing speeds & %'s
