PN are offering 3 months half price on the new fibre products with phone

I am moving in a few weeks so i will be ordering fibre as soon as i get the keys to the new place

is there a charge for upgrading my broadband to fibre when i move house in a few weeks?
i want to transfer phone and broadband that we have with PN now to the new property but upgrade the broadband to fibre when i move.

My connection speed has been dropping off and can be very low. any idea what could be causing this?

I've just run some diagnostics and can see that the downstream sync speed has improved over the weekend so I've increaser the connection profile on your account. I can't honestl;y say what caused that to drop, I'd urge you to raise a <a href="https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults">fault</a> if that becomes an issue again:

I rang last week to enquire about moving both phone and broadband to another premises. When I rang, I was told that I could get fibre at my new property but after ringing today to complete the order I was told that fibre wasn’t available yet?
I’m confused, what has changed?
I was looking forward to getting fibre and now I’ve been told I can’t have it.
