webchat - when will it be back?

As a disabled client, I have issues with communicating over the phone so not having the webchat makes things to get resolved quicker impossible.

I joined you as you were the ones that had the impecable customer service compared to the last provider that i had who wasnt.

When are you bringing back the webchat for us disabled?

It was "paused" around the turn of the year.

Plusnet have not categorically stated whether it's going to be "un-paused" or not, but as it's approaching 9 months now...  🤔

I doubt it will ever come back 🤐 😞 just like the service that used to be plusnet 🤔
