Strange Loss of Service to PC only NOT other Divices

I keep getting a loss of service of a few minutes at a time and not any longer. This loss is only on my PC. All my other devices, phone, iPad, TV, Echo x 3, work perfectly well all the time. My router remains 'blue' all the time as well. Please see the screen prints I took when I ran Windows 10 diagnostics.

Assuming wireless connection, try updating your network adaptor driver.

Is your WiFi configuration in the router set to AUTO (Smart) or a fixed channel? If auto, try setting to a fixed channel (1, 6 or 11).
There is some possibility that this issue is down to the PC being slow in tracking WiFi channel swaps. Are there any WiFi repeaters or ethernet / dLan connected extenders in your set up?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
