Use Hub Two as a Wifi only router

I recently got upgraded to a Plusnet Hub Two.
The wifi capabilities are, in my house, great and reach the whole house.
However the ethernet connection is very poor indeed to the point of making my PC unusable; ping times of >1000ms are not uncommon and is forever dropping connections.
My previous Draytek router is great on wired ethernet but significantly less capable on wifi.

I've search the forum for a guide to just using the Hub Two as a wifi router connected, via ethernet, to my Draytek router but can't find a solution.

Could someone post me a guide of how to set up the Hub Two merely to be a wifi router please?

Fix

Very strange, shouldn't be any problem with the wired ports. You're not using port 4 are you ?

You can't use it as a wifi 'router' as such, but like most other routers you can use it as a wireless access point.

Basically:-

1) You disable its DHCP server

2) You give it an IP address in the same subnet as your main router , but out of the main routers DHCP range

3) You connect one of its LAN ports ( in the Hub 2 case that's 1 to 3 ) to a LAN port on the main router.

That's it!. Only problem with the Hub 2 is that in this situation its light will constantly flash orange
