Refresh me how to find the stats

For the Hub One -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting > Helpdesk

For the Hub Two -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information

Just long enough to obtain the data.

Re: With regret

Just long enough to get the stats. TBH I don't use a PN supplied router but there's plenty of posts on here showing how to get the stats

Thanks @jab1

Re: With regret

Looking at that, @rooky , you should get roughly your old speed - the downstream SNR is a tad high,  but that could be due to a solvable issue in the OR network.

I'll leave it to @MisterW to correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: With regret

Openreach DLM has slightly speed restricted your connection

Your Data Rate should be nearer 20/73 Mbps,  if it wasn't clamped.

Re: With regret

@outcast the thought did occur to me, but if @rooky moved, it would be done anyway.

Just be aware you won't have a landline phone if that is important to you.

Re: With regret

Are we all saying if i move back Plus Net will get me back to how i was?  Why has open reach messed my connection up with sky then?

Re: With regret

It may not be OR that has 'messed your connection up' - possibly incompetence/lack of will on behalf of SKY.
