Re: email on mobile

I think it may be best removing the account and starting from scratch as @spraxyt said.

Though I also agree with @RobPN that the username shouldn't be the email address.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: email on mobile

Thank you, everyone, for you dogged assistance and please accept my apologies for the delayed response. I've been particularly busy with domestic issues yesteday and earlier today. I have now set up a new account with the correct details. I sent myself a test message and I thought the situation had remained unresolved as the message shows 'not sent' in Outbox. However, after about 5 minutes it arrived in my Inbox and the Outbox was empty. The problem appears tobe resolved.

Thanks you all, once again.

No problems Ray, and I'm glad to hear that you're able to send email now from your phone.

Let us know if you need any further help.

Re: email on mobile

Hi @RayG1

Glad to hear the problem is now resolved. Smiley

If your test email was being sent to a gmail address the delay might be associated with the topic Mail delivery to recipients taking 5hrs plus. Plusnet are working on a solution for this.
