Re: iPad layout webmail

@Kcs welcome to the forum.

The problem is that "Send" is hidden behind "Plain text" the border between Subject and Attachments needs moving right.

On how you move the border needs investigating, something remembers the layout when you log off.

Sorry to say not having a iPad I can not help any further

Re: iPad layout webmail

Is it a case of double-tapping and adjusting the viewport using these handles?

Re: iPad layout webmail

Thank you so much for your help, it’s still driving me mad, it opens fine on everything else in this house even other iPads, but I’m not having any luck on mine, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve double clicked on this bl**dy screen. I don’t seem to have the Knack, I expect a 4 year old could do it. Thank you so much though I will keep trying as you’ve confirmed what I thought, that it was something to do with margin bullet thingys.

Re: iPad layout webmail

Another option might be to try opening Webmail in a Private browser window on the affected iPad. If that works, then something funky might be cached when in normal browsing mode. If it is, then you can probably sort by clearing all of your browser data/preference, although if you do take this route, not that you may lose saved settings in other websites and have to re-configure/re-enter login details etc.
