Tomorrow is the 15th, halfway through January already... Crikey! On with the EOD: Rowan from the SA CSC
Hi there people!!!! This is the first time you guys are hearing from me (but hopefully you will hear a lot more in time ) James Nelson asked me to post for the CS department for the day which a nervously (but gladly) accepted, I normally read the EOD on a daily basis at home and always wondered when I would have a go at it and here's my chance!!! My name is Rowan and I'm a Customer Services Team Leader based in Durban, South Africa. We've had 28 people in today, and with assistance other Team Leaders on the floor, we manage the Madasafish Customer Services tickets pools, calls, escalations as well as daily reporting on our KPIs. I understand it's quite cold and wet in England so just to warm you all up, it's approximately 30 degrees out here today!!!! Anyone jealous?
Andy from the Web team
Ey up! Andrew here, with my first EOD posting of 2009 - A belated Happy New Year from me to all our readers! Today has been particularly b... (I'm not allowed to say that word - no it's not Bergerac) for all the team, but pretty much everyone has found a minute to let me (and therefore you) know what they've been up to. So just like the X-Factor, in no particular order.. Mark, Dan, Sam and Gary have been working on the Business Refresh project. Mark's also been mourning the loss of his iPod, (well it's broken), dropped during a power cut last night Jonny has been attending meetings, meetings and more meetings, along with Pete who's also been preparing info for the ADSL 2+ trials Colin, James and Duffy have been working on problems. In addition, James is looking at Member Centre improvements and Colin's looking at new developments to support our marketing team Phil has been doing - to quote him directly: "account change stuffage" And that just leaves me.. I've been working on the Business Refresh for most of the day, with a spot of problem fixing towards the end. I've said 'Also' a lot there haven't I? That's what I get for consolidating lines. That's all for today, see y'all later!
