Evening all... just a short End of Day today, because I'd completed forgotten all about it! Oops. Thankfully, Kelly remembered for me, and posted so we do have some content today.Mark T from the Prov team:
Hello, bonjour, guten tag and bienvenuto to the prov EoD. 
We are sat here in our office in not so sunny (in fact, pouring it down with rain) Sheffield, and it has been another busy day placing orders, moving houses and migrating customers over to Plusnet. We have been put onto a rota recently to vary our workload so we aren't all working the same pools everyday, and so we can learn all different parts of the provisioning department. Today: Hayleigh has been working in the house moves pool, ensuring peoples house moves run smoothly and without hassle as well as shaking from all the coffee she has drank today. Robert has been working in the order progress pool, checking that customers orders are all progressing smoothly, as well as beating me at pool, again! Alice has been working in the XML pool, placing automated orders and tracking their progress, as well as eating a lot of brioche! Malik has been working in the provisioning pool, placing manual orders, and will be studying for his driving theory test later. Andy has been working in migrations, migrating customers over to Plusnet from other suppliers, and is a new addition to the provisioning team I have been doing reports, checking why orders have been delayed and activating accounts, as well as singing along to the songs of choice (even though I can't sing!) Songs of choice in the office this week are: Poker Face by Lady Gaga, Bonkers by Dizzee Rascal, and the song from the diet coke advert by Duffy. 3 days to the weekend.... YAY Anyway, signing off now, ttfn
