Kelly was meant to be doing this today, but he's been in meetings all day, periodically popping back to the desk to ask something, or become totally confused by the conversations around the desk. Let's see what everyone else has been up to then... John from the Business Team provides us with this update:
Afternoon - John from business support here. With us all relaxed after a nice long weekend (those of us that weren't working that is) we're back in force keeping up with our workflows. We've all been doing a bit of everything today focusing on keeping out tickets in SLA, including faults, customer support and provisioning and picking up the phone as quick as we can. Looks like we've got a 98% call answer rate at the moment which isn't too bad of course 100% would be better (maybe tomorrow) Bye.

Evening all, I've just returned from a lovely relaxing week off, so have spent most of today catching up on what's been happening whilst I was away in the land of sunshine and no internet. I've also worked on some problems, and sorted my tasklist out for the week. Bob has been 'forumming, pm'ing and cc'ing'. Which means he answered some forum posts and PM's and dealt with the Change Controls coming his way from our Networks team. Chris has been in the forums, along with writing and sending 'some emails'. Matt's gone home as he's on call, but I imagine he shouted at some people, and continued with newsletter and email type things. James is on holiday still, dahn sarf, so I imagine he's drinking shandy somewhere.Have a good evening, and we'll see you same time and place tomorrow.
