Wednesday 4th March

It's interesting coming back to work and having the 'debrief' about what's been going on at the football instead of in the office this morning... still it meant I could get stuck in straight away when I arrived in the office! The Web Team have been busy working on some project work, fixing problems, doing some development on some new tools and tweaking bits of the Help Assistant on and off. I've also spent time catching up after my holiday... and getting ready to hand stuff over before my next one. I'll hopefully even manage to avoid work for the whole 8 working days I'm off next time Smiley Amy from Marketing updates us:

I've spent most of the day doing some number crunching, while Chris went off site for a meeting this morning at Sheffield Wednesday (where the Marketing team spent some of last night watching the football). He also spent this afternoon setting up an email send about the 8x Referrals offer extension.

Mand is last today with the Comms update:

It's Wednesday. Wednesday's are always a bit of a disappointment, the last weekend seems ages away and you're not close enough to the next one. Nevertheless, your Comms Team was fun-filled as ever. Bob, the lucky devil, has left us here in rainy Sheffield, and disappeared to Barca for a few days. We'll save him lots of work to make up for it next week. James has been in and out of the forums (yes I *do* mean Hokey-Cokey style), along with helping out our CSC colleagues and taking a few calls. Matt has also been taking some calls, along with supporting our colleagues out in SA and some task work. CParr has been writing some comms for some upcoming email work, 'crying' (I'd ask but I'm afraid of the answer to that one), and some task work. I've been writing some documentation (always my favourite work :/), and clearing out some tasks that have been hanging around for a while. I also went to some meetings.

I'm not sure about rainy Sheffield, I'm sure I saw some snow earlier! Right, it's time to go home I think... Colin
