Hi not sure if i have thecorrect info but using the posted link i have my ipv4 address which under the info tsb says isp british telecommunications plc services none detected and strangley likelystatic ip.

I'm on a dynamic IP (albeit one from a /24 pool assigned to FTTP - yup, I've tested the size of the pool).

The link https://store.ee.co.uk/ works for me.

Weird - it started working for me about 5pm. I've seen this before, will probably fail again some time tomorrow. 
I'll report back!

@sharpecd now its working, check and make a note of your IP address using the link posted by @Dan_the_Van above.

Then, when/if it stops working in the future, check again to see if the IP address is different. That will hopefully help identify what the problem may be

Still working this morning 😃. Maybe the PlusNet (BT?) guys have been secretly monitoring this dialogue, and have done a tweak.😋
@MisterW  Have noted my own IP address. I think it's a dynamic address, and I don't expect that to change unless I reboot my router.
