@jab1 It's probably the Albert flows that are showing it. Could well be just going down the wrong ones as I can't really remember the last time I sent a router out for a fault. Either that or agents are just spinning a wheel and seeing what it lands on.
If 'Albert' is what I suspect he is - he needs retraining - quickly. As I said earlier, this is a network issue.

@fibreinternet I was just wanting to book an engineer in for you but did the agent sort that out over the phone just now?

Engineer booked in for between 4pm-6pm… turned up about 3.30, before I got home so the kids let him in, he apparently altered some settings in hub to make it better. I phoned him when I got home at 4pm, I explained I took results of slow speed and noise line data,
So speed is better but hub to cure problems is conspicuous by its absence. If only I was there when he turned up early…..

@fibreinternet it appears whatever you have spoken to PN about is quite different to what you have said on here.
As the engineer appointment was not a a AM or PM one, PN have sent a QUBE person, they have limited knowledge and tend to look at PC and wireless issues, so guessing all they have done is split the WiFi bands.
If only you could do some basic checks and post the results frp, @jab1 post 2 you would get a lot more accurate support.
If you don't understand the questions asked, perhaps one of the kids might be able to help?
I say this as from what you initally said on here a line fault was suspected, but the info PN have suggests it is just a WiFi problem.

@fibreinternet If the 'engineer' was booked 'for between 4-6PM' then he was, as said previously, a QUBE agent, and not a qualified OpeReach engineer. These individuals, as also said previously, are not qualified, or allowed, to interfere with the OR equipment - only to 'advise' you on what is best for your equipment, in terms of location, etc.
If you photographed this data - can you share it with us, there are a number of experienced Community members who can interpret it, and maybe spot something which was missed/ignored?
