Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Good morning, can I please request that my emails be unarchived I will ensure that the mail. Box's are reduced in size and soon as they all returned. To me. Thank you.

Hi,

Can you please unarchive my email?  I realise I have reached my 1GB limit, but I have just moved home, and my husband recently passed away to I need time to clear out his old email.  Also I'm afraid I have damaged my back and can't sit at the computer for more than about half an hour at a time. so I need time to clear everything out.

I promise to clear it out as quickly as I can but I would appreciate your patience.  I do not want to lose my photos in particular.

I'm really sorry for your loss and the inconvenience the e-mails being archived have caused.

I've raised the request for you now and as these are a bit more automated you should have the e-mails back within the next two hours

Hi, I'm an old Totalise email user.  Seem to have lost all email more than a month old.  Hoping they have been archived and can be recovered.  Thanks

There's no email about it @Totaliser2000 have you received an email to see it's been archived at all? If not, when was the last time you saw them?

Seems to be resolved now.  I think the problem probably arose from the general Plusnet Webmail meltdown the same day.

Hi, its being a week and a half.  I know I have very little storage allowance with my Totalise account and often can't access emails without doing a clear our.  I've done this today in terms of deleting all sent emails but my inbox is still only showing emails from late July.  Is there any way of recovering if they've not being archived?
