Good afternoon, 

I have been deleting e-mails to reduce my post box down to below 1GB, of which I was working on, but I have just received an e-mail to say that my account has been archived.

Can anyone please assist or can I get my e-mails and all my folders un-archived so I can reduce even more? I need to access some of them urgently. My e-mail address - <redacted>

I got one warning and then a sudden archiving. I really wish I had some kind of auto-archiver for at least my sent emails in Thunderbird... Regardless, could I have it unarchived so I can do it manually please?

Hi @AtTheWill  I've got this raised for you. This can take up to 24 hours, however, this is normally a lot quicker.

It was archived as it over 1MB.

I have deleted many emails recently but obviously not enough!

I had a email at 0305 yesterday to inform me it was archived.
