It does not matter how many devices you connect to the IMAP server, it does not alter the storage utilisation.
What many people forget is the size of the sent items folder. It too counts towards the FUP. As does the trash can, though Plusnet house keeping clears that out every week of items deleted more than 8 days ago.
Using POP3 in the mix where the mailbox is accessed by multiple clients is an approach quite likely to lead to tears before bedtime. We see no end of users around here who have sought to put POP3 into the mix and then complain that their emails vanish before their eyes. What is required is IMAP all round with the awareness of where house keeping is required - across all folders, not just the inbox.

Please can you unarchive my mailbox.
I am sorry but I have not checked the default mailbox in awhile so I missed the warning messages. I will download when restored.
Thank you

Hi @jimtheboss, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear your mail has been archived. I've requested this to be unarchived for you and this should return within the next 3 working days. I'd advise moving forwards to look at reducing your total mailbox size as to help prevent the mail being archived again and the sent and deleted folder is often places we see a large amount of mail build up so I'd recommend checking there.

When we unarchive a mailbox, the archiving process will basically reset back to the beginning.
This means that we'll send you regular reminders again before we archive your mailbox if it stays over the 1GB quota.
