Please can this be done ASAP my mother is having open heart surgery today and this is the only way I can communicate with her. pM me for my username.

I'm really sorry to see your mother's had surgery and I do hope it's gone well.
I've raised a NetOps task and normally I'd say allow 3 to 5 working days for the task to be picked up as those folk are fairly few in number and incredibly busy, but on this occasion I've been able to reach out to a colleague in the team.
You should see your mail drop back down within the next 4 hours. If there's anything else you'd need help with, feel free to get back to me, but bear in mind that it may generally be quicker to contact your case handler in our complaints team by e-mail or phone. They've given their details in the support ticket logged on your account Here.

Your mailbox having been archived does not stop you using it for sending and receiving new emails.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you both - as you can appreciate this was an unfortunate day for this to happen. You are right I can still use the email account but an email my mother apparently sent this morning, vanished before I could read it.

Please can you unarchive ANY email for the default mailbox on my account
how do I know if it's been archived?
I've been missing important mail folders since approx 2021, and have only just discovered this thread.

For future ref, our support advisers on 0800 432 0200 can arrange for a mailbox to be unarchived in the same way we can here (or via Facebook and Twitter)
