Hi,

Just trying to understand what "archived mailbox" means, really.  I was trying to do some housekeeping and remove some mailboxes that I haven't accessed for a long time.  I tried to see if there was anything useful in them, but couldn't log in via Webmail (even after changing the mailbox password).

Could it be that the _mailbox_ is archived, and that's why I can't get in?

Hiya @Dabblenorm, thanks for getting in touch. 

If your mail has been archived you should still be able to log in to the mailbox on webmail. Can you please advise what error message you get when trying to log in?

Can my "blackhole" mailbox be unarchived please?  Lack of use, so no ticket foot print.
