Hi, yes i received an email saying that I hadn't accessed my emails since 21/03/22 and that they had been archived.

It says that mailbox pe** contains 465MB of email - I cannot access old messages in mbox pe** via IMAP or webmail.
I would like to be able to! Can you help me do this?

Good morning @Sid3, thanks a lot for getting in touch again. I've just raised a task with our NetOps Team to have your emails unarchived. Just allow up to 5 working days for this to be actioned on our end.
@JeremyM, so that I can have a look at this from my side, can you please provide me with the date that you last have an email in this particular inbox?

New emails have been arriving OK since we noticed that the inbox was emptied on morning of Friday 17th June. I assumed that the emptied emails had been archived along with folders within.

Thanks a lot for getting back to me @JeremyM, so I've just had a look through the account, and on our server, I'm seeing emails in that inbox dating back until June 2003! They've not been archived just yet, though I'd strongly recommend creating more space to prevent this from happening.

Thanks Adam for confirming that there was no archiving done.
What continues to puzzle me is
1) Why did 450+MB of mail vanish around 17th June
2) Why did Plusnet monitoring think that the mailbox pen*** still contains 450+ MB of data almost two weeks later, but it is unavailable via to us via IMAP ?

Sorry for the delay everyone.
@JeremyM, We know we have some lingering performance issues with webmail and as part of those issues, if you have a big mailbox, your mail may seemingly disappear but not actually deleted. All I can suggest for now is that you reduce the size of your mailbox(es) to as low as possible either by deleting your mail or archiving to local storage.
@louiseandben, @Popup, I've raised NetOps tasks to unarchive your mail and this should be done within 3 working days.

If they have been archived due to you not accessing your mailbox in a while, can you please provide me with the date which you received an email stating this?

Good Morning,
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask but my emails before 5pm on the 15th July have suddenly disappeared and i wanted to check to see if they had been auto archived. I don't remember receiving any sort of notification and i have tried logging onto the plusnet email website but no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
