Ithink my email account has been archived recently. My mailbox address is n****k@globalnet.co.uk
Can it be reactivated please I've had no emails in since about 1730 last night.

Hi there, 

My mailbox has been archived again. I must apologise, I have set up archiving in Outlook to move messages to a local folder on my filesystem. I'm really surprised as this has archived about 2 years worth of emails recently. I'm confused as to why I am still over the limit.

Please can they be restored? It is the mailbox beginning and ending with 'd'.

I need to investigate and will take a look in webmail to make sure they are not being archived to a folder on the plus.net server...

Have you looked at the SENT ITEMS folder?

Outlook archiving (IIRC) by default only looks at the INBOX.

Please can you un archive my mailbox. Could you tell me how I avoid the temporary folders i make in outlook being copied back into webmail? I use these to export backups but sometimes find them lingering in the trash on webmail, from there it's struggle to delete them. Thank you
